Halloween Math Morning

To enjoy Halloween we had a Halloween Math Morning.  We played games and had a great time with the help from some of our parents and friends.
Miss Koehler helps us with Ghostly Digits.  We have to create numbers and decide who has the largest.

Mrs. Davidson helps us write some Spooky Story Problems.

Mrs. Colvin helps Hayleigh and Jordyn with Boo Top-It.
Garrett and Taye stamp some pictures to illustrate their story problems.
Hailee chooses her stamp.

Cameron and Anessa arrange their digits into the largest numbers they can make.

Bryson, Jaxen, and Jacob are scarily good at this game!

Mrs. Hanshaw teaches us to play Bump.

Jacob is beating Mrs. Colvin.  Go Jacob!

Brittany, Ella, Hailey, and Isabel work on adding up their ghosts to win at Boo Top-It.

Rhett puts his marker on his game board to bump off Maddie's marker.

Gabe checks on Sam and Mrs. Colvin while he and Echo play.

Larissa and Whittany discuss their cards.

Isabel and Hailey stamp away!

Ella, Jacob, and Brittany concentrate on their story problems.

Hayleigh and Hailee are having lots of fun.

Carter had to remove his Chuckie mask to concentrate on beating Garrett.

Mrs. McKnight discusses how to make the largest number with Taye.

Jordyn and Carter "bump" each other.

Hailee is thinking about her numbers so she can put her marker on the game board.

Garrett and Taye listen to the directions.

Anessa and Jaxen smile over their game.

Cameron is laughing at Bryson's joke.

Rhett and Maddie enjoy their game of Boo Top-It.

Gabe gives Mrs. Davidson some advice about her story problem.

Gabe and Sam get started on their stories.

Whittany and Larissa are busy creating something spooky!

Echo and Whittany are working hard.

Larissa picks a prize for all of her hard work.

Thanks to everyone who made this a successful morning!
Mr. Merritt for helping us with prizes and games.
