Dr. Seuss and Read Across America

This week has been full of fun activities to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday and Read Across America.  We started the week with the being the future us to go along with Oh, the Places You'll Go.


We had doctors, veterinarians, architects, rock stars, librarians, Ninjas, Oh my!
 The teachers had to get involved.




Thursday was twin day!  See if you can tell us apart!

Guess who my twin was?  That's right!  Mrs. Smittle.

100 Days Smarter

     Tuesday, January 24 was our 100th day of school.  We came to school looking like we were 100 years old and some of us brought projects too!

     Here we are coming to school.
















     Here are our projects:







  
     We had 4 stations of fun.  The first one was creating a picture using the digits 1, 0, and 0.











     100 drops of water was a LOT less than we expected it to be!






      
     We made books of 100 dots.  We had to organize each page by tens and finally the last page had 100!  It took a lot to squeeze in all those dots.







     I think we were the most proud of our cup sculptures.
